Instead of a standard blade, the Joker JKR690 features a fully functional comb with finely shaped teeth, which is firmly seated in the body of the tool. The entire “blade” is designed to faithfully simulate the dimensions of a standard butterfly knife, but without a cutting edge – ideal for practicing opening, closing and flashy tricks. The construction is blunt and safe and is made of stainless steel.
The handle is designed to mimic as closely as possible the feel of a real balisong. It consists of two metal scales, which are decorated with cut-outs forming simple patterns.
At the end of the handle there is a latch, which is used to lock the butterfly knife in both the closed and open position. This ensures safe carrying in a pocket or backpack and at the same time provides an authentic handling experience identical to a live blade butterfly knife.
