The versatile Taidea T0831D with grits 360 and 600 is suitable for sharpening dull knives made of high hard steel or ceramics. The grinding surface is made up of pits (without diamond) which retain fine particles from the ground edge. This solution makes sharpening much more efficient and the grinding surface easier to maintain. There is no need to use water or oil when grinding. The base with non-slip surface prevents the grinding wheel from sliding during work. A transparent cover is included. Grit 360 is ideal for blunt knife sharpening and blade shaping, while grit 600 is suitable for main sharpening.
