The TG2017 three-phase pass grinder enables the entire grinding process from fine smoothing through classic grinding to coarse grinding. All three grooves are clearly marked with numbers, so there is no risk of confusion.
When sharpening the knife, we draw the blade towards us - from heel to tip. To keep the blade steady, hold the body of the blade with your weaker hand and pull the blade through the groove with your stronger hand. The rubber feet prevent the bottom edge from sliding unintentionally on the substrate.
The blade can be used on all knives with smooth steel blades, including meat cleavers.
