Sellier and Bellot

The brand was founded in 1825 thanks to the enterprising Louis Sellier as a company producing percussion caps. These were literally a bestseller for the company. In 30 years, about 180,000,000 pieces were sold worldwide.

Sellier & Bellot is currently based in Vlašim and is one of the most important engineering companies in the Czech Republic. Here it develops and manufactures pistol, revolver, shotgun and rifle ammunition. Most of the products leaving the heart of Bohemia are cartridges for hunting and sport.
