  • I love the HDR 50 for several reasons. One reason is the variety of ammo that it's compatible with. For example, the glow in the dark rounds that I have loaded up in the pic work just like tracers, and make a huge difference for night shooting. Without them, it's a guess where the round went therefore any followup shots are shots in the dark, litterally. But of course those are just round rounds, and the TP50 can launch those just the same. The revolver allows for some seriously sick shaped and rifled rounds, cupped in the back that fly faster, straighter, further and hit harder than any of the round ammo could ever dream of. Another positive about this 13 Joule version here is how easy it is to mod for more power. A quick turn of a flathead screwdriver down where the co2 cartridge goes and you just maxed this thing to get roughly 6 shots per cartridge, so that's basically as high as anyone would want to go with it. It's not like re-loading during battle is really going to happen, so 6 max power shots is what you're working with. Although, that is one other positive aspect of the revolver, it is actually something that can be reloaded quickly with another mag, something that the TP50 can't do, it's one loose ball at a time. Lastly I gotta mention the price. $92 ?! Enough said.
