They are also popular for airsoft and other shooting sports. A major disadvantage of flashlights mounted on the barrel of long guns is their control, which is too far away. This problem can be solved with the remote switch Fenix AER-02 V2.0.
Simply unscrew the tailcap from your flashlight and replace it with the tailcap with the remote switch. The 23 cm long cable provides enough length to position the switch closer to your fingers. You can attach the switch to the weapon either using the grooves or hook-and-loop fastener. To switch the flashlight on permanently, just press the small button. If you only press the flat pressure switch, the light will stay on only as long as you hold the switch.
The switch is compatible only with Fenix FD30, Fenix FD41, Fenix PD32 XP-L, Fenix PD35, Fenix TA20, Fenix TA21, Fenix TK09, Fenix TK11 R5, Fenix TK12, Fenix TK15, Fenix TK21, Fenix TK22, Fenix TK30, and Fenix UC35 flashlights,
