PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
Peltor ProTac Shooter are active headphones designed not only for shooters and for use on the shooting range. In fact, they're great in any other noisy environment where you don't want to be disturbed by distracting noises.
The headphones are equipped with microphones that filter noise to a safe level of 82 dB. Once this limit is crossed, they are switched off so that nothing reaches your ears. On the other hand, advanced electronics ensure that you can hear ambient sounds and commands very clearly and distinctly. A big plus is the ability to adjust the volume of the sounds and speech heard to suit the needs of the specific situation. The control is done with 3 large buttons.
Thanks to the presence of an audio input (Jack 3.5mm), you can pair the headphones with an external device such as a smartphone, MP3 player or PMR radios.
The design of the headphones consists of a contoured headband that distributes pressure evenly on the head and earcups with soft interchangeable pads, so you can wear the headphones for long periods of time without discomfort.
Power is provided by two AA batteries that provide up to 100 hours of continuous use.
