Professional knife for all mushroom pickers. The knife is equipped with a sickle blade and a brush for cleaning mushrooms. The semi-matte polished blade is made of stainless steel. The zero-grind flat-ground blade in combination with the small blade thickness guarantees above-average cutting properties.
The knife is opened by pulling on the cut-out on the blade. In the open position, the knife is secured by a patented viroblock lock. This lock consists of a steel ring which is located on the handle at the height of the axis of rotation of the blade. When the knife is opened, the ring rotates several degrees to cover the gap between the blade and the handle. When fully opened, the blade locks in place. The knife locks in the same way when closed again.
The handle of the knife is made of beechwood. To ensure a firm and comfortable grip, the handle is ergonomically shaped.
