It combines a practical 7 cm blade made of quality stainless steel with a comfortable wooden handle and an integrated brush for cleaning your catch right in the forest. Thanks to its folding design it is safe to carry in a pocket or basket and becomes the ideal partner both for occasional mushroom pickers and for enthusiasts who head into the woods regularly.
The knife is fitted with a 7 cm long blade made of stainless steel, which is easy to maintain and resistant to moisture – exactly what you need in a rainy forest. The blade shape is optimised for gently cutting mushrooms at the stem, to avoid crushing them and damaging the surrounding mycelium. The folding mechanism is secured by a liner lock, which firmly fixes the blade in the open position and provides a sense of confidence during use.
The knife handle is made of wood, which gives the knife a traditional look and a pleasant feel in the hand. The ergonomic shape makes it easier to hold securely when cutting and cleaning mushrooms, so the knife sits well in the palm even during prolonged use. The natural material also matches the forest environment – in the basket next to the mushrooms it looks completely natural. The whole is additionally complemented by a practical measuring scale.
