The highly durable military collimator from Israeli manufacturer Meprolight has been designed for use in the most demanding combat conditions.
The impact resistant aluminum body is both lightweight and very strong. The built-in Picatinny mount ensures easy attachment to most modern weapon platforms.
The red aiming point is clearly readable and ensures quick reaction and target acquisition. The user can choose from a total of 16 brightness levels (12 for day mode and 4 for night vision). The aiming warp is not visible from the opposite side of the lens, so you don't have to worry about giving away your position.
A single AA battery is used to power the device, which can get up to several thousand hours of operation. A number of energy saving measures, such as automatic shutdown when idle, have a big part to do with this. When the sensor detects motion, it will switch on again. There is also a low battery indicator.
Thanks to the open design and unrestricted field of view, you can aim with both eyes open and thus have an overview of your surroundings at all times.
