The Leupold BX-2 Alpine is a lightweight hiking and hunting binocular featuring a bright and detailed image, waterproof construction and Twilight Light Max technology for viewing in all light conditions.
The high image quality is also due to the advanced Fully Multi Coated (FMC) optical system including BAK-4 optical lenses covered with Extra-low Dispersion Glass andRoof prisms.
The telescope construction is made of lightweight and durable aluminium alloy, covered with a protective rubber coating (Exo Armour) and fitted with Twist-Up eyepieces. The tube itself is then filled with nitrogen to provide protection against fogging due to rapid temperature changes.
For an ideal image, the binoculars offer a focusing function controlled by a central wheel and diopter correction located on the right eyepiece. In case of longer observation, you can extend the telescope with a tripod thanks to the presence of a 1/4-20 thread.
