Lansky Ultra Fine Curved Blade Hone is a rounded cut stone with a very fine 1000 Grit. It is suitable for polishing and fine-tuning the sharpness of already sharpened and shaped edges. With the sharpening stone you can easily adjust inward curved knife blades such as carambit, hawkbill, kukri or scythe.
With conventional sharpening stones, you would find it very difficult to sharpen these blades. This is not the case with the Ultra Fine Curved Blade Hone stone. This is set into an ergonomically shaped handle using a guide rod and brass screw thread. For the best results, be sure to use abrasive oil when sharpening. Tools such as a knife holder stand, guide rods and more will also make your job easier.
