The Lansky Fine Diamond Rod LR9F with grit 600 is suitable for sharpening slightly dull blades. The stone is designed for Lansky grinding systems, but can also be used on its own as a hand-held grinder. The grinding surface is made up of a diamond layer, which is designed for grinding blades made of high-hardness steel such as CPM-S30V. It is not recommended to use oil or water when grinding. Do not press the blade against the grinder with great force, this could result in damage to the grinding surface. After grinding, simply rinse the grinder in water with detergent.
