KWC

Kien Well Toy Industrial Company (known as KWC) has grown from a small workshop with ten employees into an important global brand over its more than 40-year history, manufacturing airsoft guns and especially CO2 pistols. In 2016 they built a modern factory in the city of Tainan in the south of Taiwan, and their goal is to offer customers the highest quality products.

They started with toys, but in 1989 they joined forces with a Japanese producer and focused on airsoft, whose popularity at that time was growing at a rapid pace, especially in Asia. It soon became clear that this was a step in the right direction.

At the beginning of the 1990s they released their first spring-powered pistols, and their spring-powered replica of the Colt 1911 became a huge hit in Japan. Shortly afterwards, their gas-powered Beretta M92 blowback achieved great success. It was only a small step from pistols, and the first airsoft revolver rolled off the production line and conquered the US market. KWC pistols keep proving that they belong among the world’s best.
