The Kandar N51 is a small utility knife with great features that is worth having nearby simply because it offers versatile and useful tools. It can be used as an everyday carry knife (EDC), survival knife or a rescue knife.
Starting with the blade, the curved, claw-like serrated blade is worth highlighting. Since the blade practically functions as a handsaw, the tip is rounded for safety. The smooth spine has a hump formed at its end, which serves as a support for the index finger when you need to hold the blade firmly and thus gain full control over the knife. The liner lock prevents the blade from being closed accidentally while working.
The handle consists of a black metal frame, which is complemented by orange plating. At the end of the blade, there are two useful tools: a belt cutter and a glass-breaking tip. The hollow back of the handle then houses a miniature lightbulb with a magnetic grip and a flint.
The knife as a whole can be attached to a belt or a pocket thanks to a metal clip.
