Hikmicro has recently been focusing on the production of premium-quality thermal imaging and night vision devices. This time, however, they have taken the opposite approach, introducing a digital night vision riflescope with a surprisingly low price tag, yet offering the same features as its much more expensive competitors. This makes it an invaluable device for hunting or pest control at any time of day or night.

Of course, the ALPEX 4K Lite sight also works during the day, providing a regular colorful image and thus serving as a conventional riflescope. Night mode provides an exceptionally clear and crisp image thanks to the advanced 4K UHD (3840x2160px) CMOS sensor and 40mm/F2.0 objective lens. The lens provides 3.5x optical zoom, which can be further increased digitally to 20.5x. The resulting image is transmitted to a FullHD (1920x1080px) display with a selectable refresh rate (50 Hz in 4K or 100 Hz in FullHD). Night mode offers 3 color palettes (black and white, green, yellow). Naturally, it also features diopter correction in the range of ±5D.

The Hikmicro ALPEX device offers adaptive brightness enhancement even in low light conditions. However, to maximize its potential, we recommend purchasing an IR illuminator (infrared flashlight) with a compatible mount. After all, even the best night vision device in the world simply won't work in complete darkness.
In addition to night mode, this riflescope has a lot more to offer. Using the rectification turrets and a few well-placed buttons, you can control features such as Picture-in-Picture, recoil-activated recording, Hotspot, video and audio recording, screenshots and much more. Alternatively, you can connect the riflescope to the Hikmicro Sight smartphone app, where you can not only operate the device itself, but also stream real-time images from the riflescope to your phone or simply track your movement in the field.

The “Lite” designation means that this is a lightweight version of its older sibling, the ALPEX 4K. Thanks to that, it weighs only 450 grams and is designed primarily for air rifles. However, it can withstand recoil equivalent to 1000g/0.4ms - so it's up to you which weapon you use the device with. The entire construction with an IP67 rating (waterproof and dustproof) is made of black anodized magnesium alloy, the tube has a classic diameter of 30mm, and the entire unit is capable of operating in extreme temperatures from -30°C to +55°C.

It is powered by one removable 18650 battery and one integrated battery, which together provide up to 7.5 hours of continuous operation. This can be further extended by using the auto-sleep function, which automatically turns off the riflescope display when the gun is placed on its side.
