The Hawke AIRMAX 30 TOUCH 3–12×32 AMX is made from one piece of durable
aluminum and features variable magnification of 3–12×. The scope has a
nitrogen-filled design, MRAD unit correction and parallax correction. The Target
Turrets are capped, so you don't have to worry about spontaneous adjustment
changes. The optical system is in the second focal plane group and the etched
glass AMX IR reticle is illuminated.

The eyepiece (a rubber eyepiece is included) has Fast Focus and the lenses are equipped with 16 layers of MC protection. The gas inside makes the lens and eyepiece glasses fog proof. The riflescope is also waterproof and shockproof. Inside the AIRMAX models is an etched AMX IR reticle. This is illuminated by a red light that has six selectable intensities with zero-level intermediate steps.
Horizontal and vertical correction is on the scale of Milliradians - one click equals 1/10 MRAD. The Target Turrets are capped, so you don't have to worry about spontaneous adjustment changes. Parallax correction is located on the left side of the riflescope addressed through the turret; its range is 8 yds to infinity. In order to maintain the setpoints, the system needs to be relatively rigid. Therefore, the manufacturer adds a parallax sidewheel that you mount on the paralax turett for easy handling. The illumination control lies in the same place.
Variable magnification in the range of 3-12x is particularly suitable for less powerful rifles - for example, small-bore rifles or air rifles.
