The Gerber Edict combat knife is specifically designed for the needs of soldiers. The handle and blade have a matte black finish. The blade is made of stainless steel steel 154CM and has a tantopoint shape. Due to the high hardness of the steel, it is harder to sharpen, but the result is long-lasting. The durability of the blade is enhanced by the ceramic coating.
Nglass-reinforced aluminum handle has a textured rubberized surface. The knife grip is so sureand stableunder all conditions. Comfort is further enhanced by a special cut-out for the index finger. With the help of a pin, the blade can be extended with one hand. In the open position, the blade is secured with the proven lockback lock.
