High-quality BaK4 prisms and FMC - Phase coating lens treatment enable use in low-light conditions, for example for observation at dusk or twilight. By using ED glass with minimal dispersion, the manufacturer has managed to minimize chromatic aberration and achieve virtually ideal imaging, brightness, and edge-to-edge sharpness. The minimum focusing distance is only 2 metres. Another advantage of this design is the wide field of view of 114 m at 1000 metres.
