The binocular body looks massive, yet its weight does not exceed 890 g. A magnesium alloy was used for its construction, giving it high mechanical durability. The interior of the body is filled with nitrogen, which ensures water resistance down to a depth of 1 metre for 30 minutes and prevents fogging caused by sudden changes in ambient temperature.
Inside the body there is advanced optics with glass BaK4 prisms coated with FBMC (phase and dielectric) anti-reflective layers, which make maximum use of light to produce a sharp and clear image.
When observing, you can start focusing already from 2 metres, and in case of eyesight problems you can use dioptre adjustment of +/- 4dpt. If your observation takes more time, you will certainly appreciate the presence of a tripod thread.
