The blade is precisely laser cut from carbon steel with exceptional flexibility and wear resistance. The surface is additionally protected by chrome coating to increase resistance to corrosion, scratches and dirt.
The advanced tooth design makes it easier to pull the saw towards you. Furthermore, the teeth are induction hardened only at the edges, so the rest of the blade retains its high flexibility. High tooth sharpness is achieved by grinding in four planes and a special conical shape. The cutting surface has a density of 14 teeth per 30 mm and reaches a length of 180 mm.
A stable and secure grip when working is provided by a polypropylene handle with rubber inserts with shock-dampening properties. The saw blade is secured with a reliable locking system in both open and folded positions. In case of wear over time, the saw blade can be easily replaced.
