Eka Butcher Set is a 4-piece butchery tool set that allows you to butcher anything you can think of very efficiently. The set consists of one sharpener and three butcher knives made of Sandvik 12C27 stainless steel with a hardness of 57-59 HRC. The handles of all tools are made of santhoprene, a fully hygienic material which, thanks to the rubber component, does not slip out even from bloody hands.
The smallest knife is designed for skinning. Thanks to its blade length of only 9 cm, you can comfortably skin without damaging the internal organs. The Philting Knife with a narrow blade length of 15 cm is recognizable at a glance. It is perfect for filleting fish, but you can also use it, for example, when separating meat from the bones of game. The Butcher's Knife for cutting and butchering meat boasts a blade length of 16 cm, which is more like a machete thanks to its wide tip and unusual profile.
The total length of the knives is 22 cm, 28 cm and 28 cm respectively. The sharpener has a bar length of 18 cm and together with the handle reaches up to 29 cm. Thanks to the excellent parameters and the durable cloth cordwood sheath, the set is also perfectly suited for hunters and trappers who will have a wild boar skinned and butchered in no time.
