The Spanish brand has been producing quality airguns since 1874, and has maintained a high standard all this time. How do they do it? The seasoned southern guys from Cometa say it’s not a job for them, but a craft. That’s also why they still keep production at home.
They constantly look for ways to fine-tune their air rifles to the needs of every shooter. For example, they drill the barrels and then cold hammer them on special machines. These were developed in-house for one purpose only: to make the barrels as accurate as possible while also very rigid. Every part is made under careful supervision. In the same way, they thoroughly inspect every air rifle produced, each one is individually tested and calibrated.
The core of Carabinas Cometa is the classic spring-piston air rifle. The most popular models are Fusion and Fenix 400 with quality fibre-optic sights. Most recently the brand has also moved into PCP guns, especially those with a large air capacity.
