PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
Vector Optics Frenzy-X FLEX 1x19x26 SMR GenII Solar Power Multi-Reticle is a compact open reflex sight designed for dynamic shooting and fast target acquisition at short distances. Thanks to multiple reticles, the shooter can adapt the view in the sight to a specific discipline and preferred aiming style.
Features and characteristics
The basis of the reflex sight is an open design with a 19×26 mm aspheric lens, which helps reduce aberration and eliminate image distortion.
The sight offers a multi‑reticle system, i.e. the option to switch between a total of 6 types of red reticles (a combination of a 3 MOA dot, a 38 MOA circle and a 46 MOA cross). The reticle type is changed electronically by holding the minus brightness button for 3 seconds. Reticle intensity offers 9 daytime modes and 2 modes for use with night vision.
This model uses an integrated solar panel on the top of the sight, which, with sufficient lighting, takes over powering the aiming point and thus saves the CR2032 battery (not included). In poorer light conditions, the electronics switch to standard battery power. The battery is inserted from the side, so you do not need to remove the entire sight from the weapon when changing it. A motion sensor also helps save power by automatically turning the sight off and on based on inactivity.
The body is made of durable 7075‑T6 aluminum alloy with an IPX7 protection rating. The sight is equipped with a MOJ mounting system, compatible with pistols with an RMR footprint. For use on a long gun, the sight can be mounted on a standard Picatinny rail using the supplied adapter.
