High quality knife from American manufacturer Cold Steel, designed by the company's president Lynn C. Thompson. Its name is derived from Luzon, the largest island in the Philippines. The ergonomically shaped GFN (a combination of nylon and fiberglass) handle is complemented by a pocket clip. There is even a loop for possible hanging.
The Straightback shaped blade is made of 8Cr13MoV stainless steel with a hardness of 57-58 HRC. The blade is 152 mm long and the overall size of the knife when open is 342 mm.
The safety is ensured by a double locking system. This consists of a Liner Lock and an additional sliding lock that secures the blade in the open position.
