The Benchmade Hunt knife series provides the opportunity to own arguably the most advanced hunting knives in the world. The knives have been developed through numerous research projects, laboratory tests and hunter experience. They are made from technologically advanced materials. All this has the effect of making Hunt knives suitable for cooking and skinning game. They can also handle any type of wood.
The Skinner 15080-2 Knife is a classic, fully functional hunting knife that should not be missing from the kit of hikers and all people who spend time in the outdoors.
The Benchmade HUNT 15080-2 features a closing blade that, thanks to its traditional and functional blade geometry, will prove to be more than just an essential cutting tool for any hunter. The partially flat-ground blade reaching a length of 100 mm guarantees good cutting properties and durability. The steel blade is hardened to hardness 58-60 HRC. This results in a blade surface that is easy to sharpen and retains its sharpness for a long time.
The ergonomically shaped handle consists of woodenstems and aluminium bolsters. The construction is reinforced with steel inserts. The profile of the shanks improves the grip. At the end of the handle there is a strap loop. The back is equipped with a buckle that allows the knife to be clipped to a belt.
Safety is ensured by the proven axislock lock. The locking element of the lock is a pin that slides into a cutout in the blade. The lock is easy to operate even with the left hand. The sophisticated system allows the blade to be quickly extended.
