This tactical thigh panel from Danish manufacturer ASG consists of a holster and two magazine pouches. The holster is designed for pistols with tactical flashlights or small submachine guns like Vz. 61 Skorpion, MP5K, MP7 etc.
You can attach it to your leg with two flexible thigh straps and two adjustable belt straps. All you need to do to take the holster off is to release the side buckle. The holster and the pouches are attached to the Molle panel.
