PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
AK-47 Replica with Folding Stock, USSR 1947 is a decorative reproduction of the Soviet assault rifle featuring a tubular folding stock. It combines metal and wooden parts, a detachable curved magazine and a movable mechanism.
Replica Design
Metal construction includes the weapon body, barrel, curved magazine and folding stock. The pistol grip and handguard are made of wood.
- Folding stock is movable and can be folded.
- Magazine is detachable.
- Movable mechanism simulates cocking; when the trigger is pressed, it produces a mechanical click.
Historical Original
AK-47 was designed by Soviet engineer Mikhail Kalashnikov. The design succeeded in military trials in 1947 and was introduced into service with the Soviet Army in 1949. This design subsequently gave rise to a range of other Kalashnikov automatic weapons.
Warning: This is a decorative weapon replica intended for collecting and display purposes. The replica is not capable of firing and does not have the mechanisms required to fire a shot. It is not a deactivated weapon – the product was not originally a functional firearm that was subsequently deactivated.
