Borner WC 401 Air Pistol
Borner WC 401 is a CO2-powered air pistol suitable for recreational shooting, and its realistic design also makes it useful for practising firearm handling.
Metal and Polymer Construction
The construction is based on an internal metal alloy frame, complemented by a steel barrel and an outer polymer body. The grip not only provides a comfortable hold but also houses a 12g CO2 cartridge.
An integrated magazine for BBs with a total capacity of 15 rounds is located in the upper part of the pistol, in the slide area above the barrel.
Powered by a Standard 12g CO2 Cartridge
The power source is a standard 12g CO2 cartridge, which is inserted into the grip. A winged tightening screw at the bottom of the grip is used to secure and pierce the cartridge. A single cartridge provides approximately up to 100 shots.
Double-Action Trigger and Manual Safety
The trigger mechanism operates exclusively in Double Action Only mode, meaning it functions as a double-action trigger. Pulling the trigger first cocks the firing mechanism, and completing the pull fires the shot.
A manual safety located behind the trigger on the grip is operated by a switch. Pressing the switch from the left side engages the safety, while pressing it from the right side disengages it.
Smoothbore Steel Barrel and Open Sights
The pistol is equipped with a 100 mm smoothbore steel barrel, designed for steel BBs. The smoothbore design means that the barrel bore has no rifling. Aiming is provided by open sights consisting of a fixed front sight and rear sight.
