This time, however, they have entered the world of bushcraft and created a series of reliable, durable knives called Victorinox Venture.
This model features a fixed drop-point blade made from premium stainless steel 14C28N with a hardness of 59 HRC. The full-tang construction combined with the 3.4 mm thick blade ensures maximum durability even during the most demanding tasks. When starting a fire with a magnesium fire starter, you will certainly appreciate the 90-degree spine without rounding, with a series of notches on the front section, and the supplied sheath can also be used as a blowing tube.
Even the handle is thought out down to the last detail. It is made of thermoplastic polyurethane, which is characterised by high mechanical and chemical resistance, is not affected by weather conditions and, in terms of flexibility, lies between plastic and rubber. The surface of the handle is covered with a fine anti-slip pattern made up of Victorinox letters and logo, which ultimately guarantees a perfect grip even in sweaty or greasy hands. At the end of the handle there is also a hole for threading a lanyard or for use as an adapter for screwdriver bits.
Depending on how you use the supplied strap, the sheath with the knife can be attached to a belt or backpack, or simply used to secure the knife against falling out.
