The British company Hawke has more than 15 years of experience in producing optics with an excellent price-to-quality ratio. Its products are well known among sport shooters.
The riflescope Hawke Vantage IR 4-12x40 AO .17 HMR has a durable one-piece aluminium tube and the reticle is etched directly into the lens, which guarantees high resistance to recoil even with high calibres and powerful spring air rifles. The tube is filled with nitrogen, which prevents internal fogging of the optical system in the event of sudden temperature changes. The lenses are treated with 11 protective layers.
The .17 HMR reticle has been created specifically for this calibre and provides a graduated bullet drop compensation for distances from 100 m to 350 m. Naturally, you can set the illumination in five levels of red or green. The reticle is located in the second focal plane.
The low-profile turrets are capped and allow adjustment in 1/4 MOA steps. On this model, the parallax adjustment is located on the objective. You can set the parallax from 10 yards (9.14 m) to infinity.
