It is suitable for observing animals in nature, especially from static positions such as hunting stands and blinds. It can also be used on shooting ranges. It will also be appreciated by astronomers and ornithologists. Fine focusing provides a sharp image at any eyepiece setting. The monocular is additionally resistant to both water and dust.
The scope, just like Fomei riflescopes, is filled with dry nitrogen, which prevents the internal lenses from fogging even in bad weather. The scope has full-glass ED optics and lenses with SMC anti-reflective coating to ensure the highest possible light transmission. Thanks to the 85 mm objective diameter, light transmission is already significantly higher than with most standard riflescopes or binoculars.
The monocular features a “Dual Focusing” function, i.e. dual focusing. It is used for coarse and fine focusing, which you will appreciate especially when observing at long distances, such as in ornithology or target shooting.
Thanks to the 20-60x magnification you will see much more detail than through your riflescope. The ring clamp has a universal 1/4" thread for a tripod screw. The “S” version, meaning “straight”, has a straight eyepiece, which is particularly beneficial on shooting ranges or at sports events, as the observer views objects at the same height. It is worth mounting it on a stable tripod. Supplied with a practical protective case.
