It uses an OSRAM KW CSLPM1.TG LED as the light source. You can choose from four lighting modes in total (1200 lm, 350 lm, 30 lm and a strobe with 1200 lm output). When using the lowest output, the runtime can reach up to 82 hours.
It is powered either by two disposable CR123A batteries or one rechargeable 18650 Li-ion battery. However, these are not included and must be purchased separately. It also offers a number of safety features, such as overheating protection and a low-battery warning.
The body is made of aircraft-grade hardened aluminium and withstands a drop from a height of up to 1 m. The flashlight is waterproof and dustproof according to IP68 standard (tested at a depth of 2 m). The tough ultra-clear glass lens has an anti-reflective coating.
You will certainly appreciate this model in the field, but it is also very useful for everyday household use. A huge advantage is its compact size and low weight.
