It is hand cooked food that is preserved without chemicals. Even so, the stored sterilised food has a shelf life of up to 3 years. You don't need any water to prepare them. Just heat them up in a pot or in a self-heating system (here you need at least a couple of dcl of water) and you have food on the go just like from home (and often better). It's ideal for shorter trips where you're not worrying about every gram, or for places with a shortage of drinking water.

The turkey meat on onion contains 95% turkey thigh meat, 4% onion, salt and pepper. Inside you'll find a total of 4.5% fat, 3% saturated fat, 33% protein, 3% carbohydrates, 0.5% sugar and 1.2% salt. In total, it gives you 366 kcal (1,540 kJ).

The package measures 19 x 15 x 5 cm and weighs only 208 g. Inside you will find 200 g of food. The contents of the bag are worth one full serving.
