The Primos Raspy Coaxer is the ideal tool for fox hunting. It can faithfully imitate both a wounded rabbit and a squeaking mouse or other rodent. If you want to make a mouse whistle, you just need to cover the opposite end of the lure with your hand. If you choose to make the wounded rabbit sound, just use your finger to cover the hole on the body of the decoy. These sounds will attract not just a fox but any predator.
You should also be careful how hard you blow into the lure. In the beginning, it is preferable to choose quieter sounds because you never know how far away a predator may be from you. If after a while the predator does not come, you can increase the intensity.
