Pork with dumplings and cabbage Adventure Menu

It is a product line of sterilized Ready to eat meals prepared from 100% natural ingredients. It comes from the Czech producer Adventure Menu. It is hand cooked food that is preserved without chemicals. Even so, the stored sterilised food has a shelf life of up to 3 years. You don't need any water to prepare them. Just heat them up in a pot or in a self-heating system (here you need at least a couple of dcl of water) and you have food on the go just like from home (and often better). It's ideal for short trips where you're not worrying about every gram, or for places with a shortage of drinking water.

Pork, dumpling, very contains 30% pork shoulder, 28% potato skewers (wheat flour, potato flakes /SO2/, 30% wheat semolina, salt, egg mixture, spices), 26 % sauerkraut (cabbage, water, salt, cumin) rice and corn flour, onion, rapeseed oil, sugar, garlic, vinegar, cumin, salt and pepper. In total, inside you'll find 4.3% fat, 1.4% saturated fat, 7.6% protein, 17.4% carbohydrates, 5.2% sugar and 1.3% salt. In total, it gives you 556 kcal (2,336 kJ).

The package measures 19 x 15 x 5 cm and weighs only 408 g. Inside you will find 400 g of food. The contents of the bag make one full serving.
