Meatballs with basmati and tomato sauce Adventure Menu

It is a product line of sterilized Ready to eat meals prepared from 100% natural ingredients. It comes from the Czech producer Adventure Menu. It is hand cooked food that is preserved without chemicals. Even so, the stored sterilised food has a shelf life of up to 3 years. You don't need any water to prepare them. Just heat them up in a pot or in a self-heating system (here you need at least a couple of dcl of water) and you have food on the go just like from home (and often better). It's ideal for shorter trips where you're not worrying about every gram, or for places with a shortage of drinking water.

Meat Balls with Tomato contains 51% meat and rice balls (50% ground beef, 15% basmati rice, water, egg, canola oil, salt, dried parsley and pepper) and 49% tomato sauce (water, tomato puree, onion, carrot, celery, parsnip, parsley, corn and rice flour, rapeseed oil, sugar, lemon, salt and wild spices). Inside you'll find a total of 4.7% fat, 1.2% saturated fat, 6.7% protein, 15.2% carbs, 9.7% sugar and 1.1% salt. In total, it gives you 516 kcal (2,168 kJ).

The package measures 19 x 15 x 5 cm and weighs only 408 g. Inside you will find 400 g of food. The contents of the bag make one full serving.
