New videos and reviews every day 6000+ reviews from our customers The Tauron 4-16x44 HD MIL FFP riflescope from the proven manufacturer Vector Optics is equipped with an unrivalled optical system with a 44mm objective lens and FMC coating to ensure high light transmission and a clear image, so it can be used even in low visibility.
It features a VTA-3 MIL glass-etched reticle located in the first focal plane (the reticle gets larger as you zoom in).
The elevation and lateral correction turrets feature Zero-stop function and offer an adjustable range of 33/15 MRAD. On the left side of the rifle scope is a parallax correction turret from 15 yards to infinity.
Turret clicking goes smoothly without any jamming and is accompanied by a quiet click. Riflescope correction is stated in milliradians MRAD (also referred to as MIL) and 1 click is equal to 1/10 MRAD.
The riflescope's IPX7 grade housing is made of 6061 T6 aerospace grade aluminum and is filled with nitrogen, which prevents lens fogging with temperature changes. The one-piece forged tube has a diameter of 34mm.
This model is able to withstand 1000 g (unit of gravitational acceleration), which is equivalent to the recoil of .300, .308 and .338. caliber firearms.
