This grill stone has a diameter of 31 cm and is directly designed for ROYAL CLASSIC and ROYAL GRANDE grills from the Czech manufacturer Cattara. Of course, it can also be used with other grills that have a grate with a corresponding opening or with a classic grill. It is also suitable for the oven.
The plate is made of cordierite. Thanks to its porosity, it absorbs and then gradually releases moisture. Any dough you bake on it will be perfectly crispy. In addition to pizza, it is also suitable for baking bread and various cakes.
