Grayl GeoPress is an outdoor filter bottle with a volume of 710 ml. The bottle uses two separate containers. The outer one is used to draw water from any water source and the inner one with filter and mouthpiece to filter and then drink the water. To purify any contaminated water, all you need to do is scoop it into the outer bottle, and insert the inner bottle with filter. The filter takes care of everything immediately. At the bottom of the inner bottle you will find a deep orange removable mechanical water filter. This can filter out up to 99.99% of contaminants such as viruses, bacteria, protozoa, chemicals, as well as heavy metals or other solid impurities. At the same time, it does not affect the taste of the filtered water. The filter can purify up to 250 litres of drinking water. You could easily fill a large corner bathtub to the brim. After about 350 uses, the manufacturer recommends replacing it.

The bottle is made of polypropylene, silicone and BPA-free plastic and weighs 450 g. Its high durability will make many a backpacker happy. It can withstand a fall onto concrete from a height of 3 metres. Thanks to its wide neck, it is very easy to handle and the water for filtration is ready almost immediately.
