Goulash soup Adventure Menu Lightweight

Adventure Menu Lightweight is a product line of dried foods from 100% natural ingredients coming from the Czech producer Adventure Menu. With the Lightweight range you save up to 80% weight and 30% energy. Just add water to these products up to the crease inside the bag and wait for them to rehydrate. Then just heat them up in a pot or self-heating system and you have food on the go just like home (and often better).

Goulash soup is one of the basic Czech soups. It is very filling, replenishes energy and the necessary amount of fluids. If it is warm enough, it also warms you up. However, few people would imagine that you can eat this soup somewhere on a mountain ridge or on a several-day trip in nature. But Adventure Menu has done the impossible and added another piece to the Czech MRE (meal ready to eat).

The soup contains 21% beef broth, 21% potatoes, 15% beef butt, onion, canola oil, sweet paprika, garlic, cornmeal, rice flour, salt, pepper, marjoram and cumin. In total, you will find 4.3% fat, 0.4% saturated fat, 3.1% protein, 6% carbohydrates, 0.2% sugars and only 0.4% salt. In total, it gives you 252 kcal (1,050 kJ).

The package measures 21 x 18 x 5 cm and weighs only 80 g. Inside you will find 65 g of food. When covered with water, the soup makes one full serving. The total weight of the meal will be 350 g.
