Deer ragout with potato dumplings Adventure Menu

The dish contains 30% deer meat, 28% potato wedges, root vegetables, onion, red wine, canola oil, tomato puree, rice flour, corn flour, currant jam, sugar, lemon juice, salt and wild spices. In total, inside you will find 4.6% fat, 1.6% saturated fat, 8.8% protein, 17.8% carbohydrates, 12.2% sugars and 1.3% salt. Total, it gives you 594.4 kcal (2488 kJ).

The package measures 19 x 15 x 5 cm and weighs only 408 g. Inside you will find 400 g of food. The contents of the bag make one full serving. This pack has a durability of up to 3 years.
