Chicken Korma with rice Adventure Menu

It is a product line of sterilized Ready to eat meals prepared from 100% natural ingredients. It comes from the Czech producer Adventure Menu. It is hand cooked food that is preserved without chemicals. Even so, the stored sterilised food has a shelf life of up to 3 years. You don't need any water to prepare them. Just heat them up in a pot or in a self-heating system (here you need at least a couple of dcl of water) and you have food on the go just like from home (and often better). It's ideal for shorter trips where you're not worrying about every gram, or for places with a shortage of drinking water.

The Korma Chicken with Rice contains 30% chicken breast, water, 12% natural rice, cream (milk), onion, coconut milk, corn and rice flour, grated coconut, canola oil, sugar, a blend of Indian spices (garam masala, Roman cumin, cinnamon, cayenne pepper, turmeric), garlic, lemon, ginger and dried ginger. In total, inside you'll find 6.3% fat, 4.5% saturated fat, 7.3% protein, 15.2% carbohydrates, 2% sugar and 1.1% salt. In total, it gives you 556 kcal (2,340 kJ).

The package measures 19 x 15 x 5 cm and weighs only 408 g. Inside you will find 400 g of food. The contents of the bag make one full serving.
