The energy of the shot is regulated by the number of pumps from 3 to 10. The air rifle is primarily designed for target BB pellets. These are more suitable for fun, destructive shooting. The buckshot reservoir is in the stock, where you can load up to 300 buckshot.
If you are a fan of more accurate target shooting, you will be pleased with the option to shoot lead pellets as well. The pellets are loaded into a 5-shot magazine.
Although the airgun is made of plastic, they are hardened and do not rust. The internal mechanism is, of course, metallic.
